wie fördert die Arbeit? Macht man schon etwas mit dem Grundstück oder wartet ihr einfach bis nächstes Jahr.
Ich vermisse die Ausflüge nach Auchen, Ekstrablatt aber werde mich gewöhenen müssen alleine zu gehen oder mit anderer Gesellschaft.

Looks fantastic! I found out about your project while researching straw bale to construct a house in New Mexico, in the US. Also managed to attend a fascinating workshop in straw bale last year. Ob es das erste Hotel in Europa aus Strohballen ist bezweifle ich, Frage der Definition.
Jedenfalls gibt es in Südtirol ein Gästehaus aus Strohballen, siehe

Hallo Ulrich,
ja wir kennen den Esserhof. Es gibt noch ein Strohballenhaus in Südtirol, den Hof von Fliri (fliri.net), beides sind Ferienwohnungen. Allerdings ist es der gleiche Architekt der auch unser Hotel baut.
