It’s getting serious! The first straw bales are arriving!

This is the time table if everything goes the way it should:

On May 4, 2012 the first four guest room modules will leave the carpentry (how we built them we described in our post http://mayaguesthouse.wordpress.com/2012/02/12/new-paths-with-the-straw-bale-construction/).

They will be arriving in Nax May 7th 2012 around 9 am.

The other four rooms will arrive the following day.

On May 8, 9 and 10 the straw bales will be delivered on trucks.

will continue…

About The Maya Guesthouse

The Maya Guesthouse is the first hotel built with straw bales. This hotel is situated on 1300 meters in the Swiss Alps. We took 250 tons of CO2 and stocked them into the walls. Valais and Swiss specialties are served in our restaurant. Join us on Facebook!
